“UPdated review. I just had first accident in new car (not my fault) and the other guys insurance was dragging feet but my agent, Eleanor at Blacksburg office has been such a blessing through the whole ordeal. Helping me get to the adjuster Sandra and answering my questions and being so patient and kind through the whole ordeal. Advising me when asked questions and just all around so helpful and making this all so much easier for me. Scottie has also been very helpful and kind through everything. I am so glad I chose Northpoint insurance for my company. Highly recommend if you want an insurance company that is definitely on your side.
